Sublo provides tools for dental practices and med spas to create and manage in-house membership plans. We are not a payment processor — payments are handled by Stripe under their terms of service.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients before enrolling them in a plan and collecting their information. You are responsible for the accuracy of plan details, pricing, and benefits you publish.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You can cancel your Sublo account at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically cancel patient subscriptions — you are responsible for managing those via your Stripe dashboard.
