Sublo (“we”, “us”) operates sublo.to. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
For practice accounts: name, email address, and password. For enrolled patients: name, email address, and phone number (optional), collected on behalf of the dental practice or med spa.
Practice account information is used to authenticate and operate your account. Patient information is used to manage membership enrollments and send enrollment confirmation emails. We do not sell data to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sublo does not store credit card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment data.
